BT Mobile gives you three levels of content restriction: Strict: blocks content only suitable for the over-12s; Light: blocks content only suitable for adults; Off: allows. Just move the slider to the filter level you want and select Save changes. All mobile phone providers offer free parental control services which limit the content children can access via the internet to content suitable for under 18s. The default PIN is 1234. However, they may not always be automatically switched on. If you do have a Locks PIN, enter your 4-digit Parental Controls PIN and Lock the channel, title or rating using the on-screen prompts. Don't know why this setting is relevant for live Now TV content, or whether it stopped working - because of a Now TV change, or a change in algorithm for the BT parental control (I would guess the former).
